Vegan Sriracha Mayonnaise

Spice up your life with this delicious and incredibly easy recipe for vegan sriracha mayonnaise. Creates the perfect spicy mayo or aioli; use as a sandwich spread or dip!

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl or jar, add all the ingredients.
    ½ C vegan mayonnaise, 2-3 tsp sriracha, 2 tsp lime juice, ⅛ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp onion powder, pinch black pepper, Salt
  • Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preferences (sriracha, salt and pepper to taste).
  • Can serve straight away, but tastes best after chilling in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Refrigerate in an airtight jar for up to a week.
