  • In a large pot add in all ingredients except for the peas.
  • Cook over medium-high heat, stirring regularly, until the liquid comes to a slow boil. Place a lid on the pot and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Just before the pasta is finished cooking, add in 1 C green peas, stir and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve!
