Step 1: Mix Dressing

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
    ½ cup tahini, 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ cup water
  • Whisk together (using a small whisk or fork) until evenly combined. It takes a minute or two to fully blend everything.
  • You can also shake the dressing in a jar with a well-sealing lid.

Step 2: Serve

  • Serve the tahini dressing over your favorite salad.
  • If serving as a pasta sauce (hot or cold), thin out with pasta water to help coat your noodles more evenly.
