Ingredients

  • ½ ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 large strawberry , sliced (or mashed)
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 3 ounces club soda (or lemon-lime soda/ tonic water; whatever you like)
  • ice cubes
  • garnish extra strawberries, lime wedges and mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Place fresh squeezed lime juice into a glass. Add sliced strawberry and lightly mash with a spoon (or muddling tool).
    ½ ounces fresh lime juice, 1 large strawberry
  • Toss mint leaves into the glass and gently muddle (press on the leaves to release flavor but try to not crush/ tear the leaves).
    6-8 mint leaves
  • Stir in agave syrup (more or less to taste).
    1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • Stir coconut water into the glass.
    2 ounces coconut water
  • Add ice then fill up the glass with soda of choice.
    ice cubes, 3 ounces club soda
  • Garnish and serve!
