Mojito Mocktails (Classic Green Mocktail)

This mojito mocktail recipe is simple to make with a secret ingredient to replace the alcohol. Fresh mint and lime juice pair together perfectly for a refreshing and flavorful non-alcoholic drink.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 3-4 ounces club soda (or soda of choice)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add fresh lime juice, mint leaves and agave to the bottom of a glass.
    ½ ounces fresh lime juice, 6-8 fresh mint leaves, 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • Gently muddle the ingredients together by pressing into the mint leaves (if you don’t have a muddling tool, the back of a wooden spoon works). Be careful to try and not tear the mint leaves.
  • Toss a couple of ice cubes into the glass, then top with coconut water.

  • Top with club soda. You may want to give the drink a gentle stir before garnishing and serving!
