Use a medium-sized bowl with a small whisk OR a small blender for this recipe.
Peel then mince garlic (or use a garlic press).
1-2 cloves garlic
Juice oranges.
½ cup orange juice
If using a blender, add all ingredients and blend to smooth.

Ifusing a bowl and whisk, dissolve miso paste in the orange juice. Keep whisking until there are no clumps of miso paste remaining. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.

Taste and adjust with optional ingredients as needed.
