Potatoes Celery Dill pickles Green onion Fresh dill

Salad Ingredients

Tahini Pickle juice Lemon juice + zest Dijon mustard Garlic powder Salt Black pepper

Dressing Ingredients

COOK POTATOES

Wash and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Add to a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until fork tender. Drain the water and add potatoes to a serving bowl. Cool in your fridge.

Add all the dressing ingredients into a small mixing bowl. Stir until the dressing is well mixed. Taste and adjust to your preferences.

PREPARE SALAD

Prepare your remaining salad ingredients and add these to the potatoes in your serving bowl. Toss the dressing with your potatoes and other salad ingredients.
