How to Make It

Make Tahini Dressing

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar or small bowl (or use a store-bought dressing).

Wash some kale and rip leaves off the stem. Chop to your preferred size. Add to a large salad bowl with all remaining ingredients.

Prep Salad Ingredients

Pour dressing over the kale and other vegetables. Toss gently to mix everything together, then serve cold.

Toss and Serve

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days (best within 3 days). To extend your salad's freshness, keep salad base separate from the dressing.
