Cook a block of tofu however you like.
Give it time to cool before assembling your rolls.

Thinly slice or chop any filling ingredients you choose, like carrot, cucumber, cabbage and cilantro.
Fill a large plate with water. Dip a rice paper sheet into the water.

Place the damp rice paper onto a rolling surface, then add veggies!

Grab the bottom edge and roll forward to close tightly. It should stick well.
