CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Vegan milk Apple cider vinegar Granulated sugar Vegetable oil Vanilla extract All purpose flour Baking powder + soda Salt Mini chocolate chips Coarse sugar (optional)

Recipe Ingredients

Mix Liquid Ingredients

Add vegan milk to a large mixing bowl and whisk in apple cider vinegar. Then whisk in sugar, oil and vanilla extract.

Stir in Dry Ingredients

Add your dry ingredients and stir until almost combined. Next, add chocolate chips and fold through the batter. Stop stirring as soon as there are no dry clumps of flour.

Scoop Muffin Batter

Line a muffin tray with paper or silicone muffin liners. Evenly scoop the batter into each slot and top each muffin with a sprinkle of coarse sugar.

Bake in Oven

Bake in an oven preheated to 350 F for 20-22 minutes. Let the baked muffins sit for a minute or two, then remove from the pan and place onto a wire cooling rack.
