CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Prep Wet Ingredients

Add margarine, brown and white sugar to a bowl.  Beat with a hand mixer, then add vanilla extract and plant milk. Whip until smooth.

Stir in Dry Ingredients

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the mixing bowl. Stir until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.

Form Cookies

Line your baking tray and preheat the oven. Scoop cookie dough into balls that are 1½  to 2 tablespoons in size.

Bake and Serve

Flatten each cookie slightly on the baking tray. Top each cookie with a pinch of flaky salt (optional). Bake cookies for 11-14 min.
