How to Make It

Mix Wet Ingredients

Step 1:

Whisk plant milk and ACV in a large bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and measure 1 C.

Mix Wet Ingredients

Step 1:

Add the banana to your buttermilk bowl along with brown sugar, oil and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.

Stir in Dry Ingredients

Step 2:

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until mostly combined. Add chocolate chips and stir again until just mixed.

Bake in Oven

Step 3:

Grease a loaf pan, add your batter and spread into an even layer. Bake until cooked, then cool and carefully transfer onto a wire cooling rack.
