Whisk Wet Ingredients
Whisk milk and apple cider vinegar and sit for a minute.
Whisk in the sugar, oil and vanilla until well combined.
Step 1:
Stir in Dry Ingredients
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda along with a pinch of salt.
Stir until mostly combined, then add blueberries and mix until just combined.
Step 2:
Bake in Oven
Prep a 12-slot muffin tray and scoop in the batter.
Bake for 20-25 min in an oven preheated to 350 F.
Step 3:
Cool and Serve
Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes.
Carefully remove from tray and place onto a wire rack.
Step 4:
Place in airtight container.
