Combine plant milk and apple cider vinegar. Whisk and let sit for 1-2 minutes.
Add remaining liquids and whisk together.
Stir in Dry Ingredients

Add all dry ingredients and stir until almost combined, then add apple and walnuts.
Stir until just combined.
Bake in Oven

Bake for 35-37 minutes.
