How to Make It

Add Ingredients to Jar

Press, crush or finely mince a clove of garlic. Add all your ingredients to a small jar or bowl.

Stir until evenly mixed.  It takes a minute or more to blend the tahini with water, so keep stirring until you get a smooth sauce.

Mix to Smooth

Serve this recipe with falafel, salads, or anything else. Tahini sauce offers lots of healthy fats, some protein and plenty of flavor!

Serve Tahini Sauce

Refrigerate tahini sauce in an airtight container for up to 5 days (best within 2-3 days).
