How to Make It

Add pineapple, spinach, banana and cucumber to a blender.

Prep Ingredients

Step 1:

Add coconut water to blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and serve cold!

Blend into Smoothie

Step 2:

High-speed blenders make juice without extra work. If you have a lower-speed blender, strain smoothie through a nut-milk bag.

Create Juice

Step 3 (Optional):

If possible, drink the same day you make the recipe. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to two days.
