How to Make It

Prepare Vegetables

Peel and mince the garlic. Slice or chop green onion. Grate or mince the ginger.

Prepare Sauce

In a small bowl or jar, whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha and corn starch.

Cook Edamame

Warm sesame oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion and ginger. Fry these until you’ve cooked the garlic, stirring regularly to prevent burning.

Cook Edamame

Add frozen edamame and cook for another 4-5 min. Add your sauce and toss to coat the edamame.  Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve

Your edamame is ready once cooked through and the sauce sticks to it. Serve hot and garnish with white/ black sesame seeds.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in a pan over low heat, or in a microwave.
