Roast Garlic
Step 1:
Remove excess papery layers and slice a thin amount off top.
Place into tin foil and drizzle olive oil over the top along with some salt.

Wrap garlic and bake for
30 minutes, until cloves are soft to the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Mix Ingredients

Once chilled, remove half the garlic cloves (about 5).
In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic then stir in all remaining ingredients.
Chill and Serve
Step 3:
Chill completely before serving with burgers, fries, sandwiches or anything else you use mayo for!
