Roasted Garlic Mayo + Aioli

This recipe is easy to make and creates a rich, creamy and garlic-packed dip or sandwich spread!

Eggless + Dairy Free Mayo 

This recipe uses homemade or store-bought vegan mayo. Enjoy the tangy kick of flavor without eggs or dairy!

How to Make It

Roast Garlic

Step 1:

Remove excess papery layers and slice a thin amount off top. Place into tin foil and drizzle olive oil over the top along with some salt.

Roast Garlic

Step 1:

Wrap garlic and bake for 30 minutes, until cloves are soft to the center. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Mix Ingredients

Step 2:

Once chilled, remove half the garlic cloves (about 5). In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic then stir in all remaining ingredients.

Chill and Serve

Step 3:

Chill completely before serving with burgers, fries, sandwiches or anything else you use mayo for!

Refrigerate in airtight jar for up to 7 days.
