How to Make It

Make Pumpkin Sauce

Step 1:

Mince garlic and cook in some vegetable oil. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and stir until well combined.

Cook Pasta

Step 2:

Cook your favorite pasta to package directions. Coat with sauce and serve (or top with veggies).

Fry Sage

Step 3:

Remove sage stems and wash leaves thoroughly. Fry sage in melted butter for about 2 minutes, until the leaves become crisp.

Sauté Vegetables

Step 4:

Use sage oil to cook onion, mushrooms and spinach. Add chickpeas, salt, black pepper and nutmeg.

Serve Pumpkin Pasta

Scoop sauced pasta onto a plate and top with sage + sautéed vegetables.

Cool to room temperature & keep in an airtight container. Fridge: 5 days Freezer: 3 months Warm by microwave or in a pot over medium heat.
