Prep Tofu
Step 1:
Cut your tofu into cubes.
These can be any size you like, but smaller pieces marinate faster.
Place into a container that has a tight-fitting lid.
Mix with Marinade
Step 2:
Add marinade ingredients to your tofu.
Secure lid and shake well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Bake in Oven
Step 3:
Drain the marinade, then spread tofu pieces onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for at 375 F until nicely golden brown on all edges.
Serve
Step 4:
Serve with veggies and rice.
