How to Make It

Prep Tofu

Step 1:

Cut your tofu into cubes.  These can be any size you like, but smaller pieces marinate faster. Place into a container that has a tight-fitting lid.

Mix with Marinade

Step 2:

Add marinade ingredients to your tofu. Secure lid and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Bake in Oven

Step 3:

Drain the marinade, then spread tofu pieces onto a lined baking tray. Bake for at 375 F until nicely golden brown on all edges.


Step 4:

Serve with veggies and rice. Try on kale slaw salad made with sesame soy dressing!


Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.  You can also marinade tofu for up to 3 days before baking.
