GARLIC NOODLES

Prepare Ingredients

Finely mince some garlic. Slice green onions, keeping the white and dark green parts separate. Gather all other ingredients before you start cooking.

Cook your noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, save some water before draining the noodles.

Cook Noodles

Prepare Sauce

Add garlic and white parts of your green onions to a pan with sesame oil.  Cook for 2-3 min, then add remaining sauce ingredients. Cook until the sauce bubbles.

Toss Noodles + Serve

Add the cooked noodles to your pan along with edamame.  Toss until the noodles are well coated, then cook for 2-3 min. Remove from heat; add the green parts of your onions.
