Dairy Free Caesar Salad

Made with cashews, tofu and garlic, this recipe has plenty of flavor. It's a supremely creamy and nutritious salad dressing! 

It’s incredibly easy and versatile too. Just toss ingredients in a blender and enjoy a tasty salad within minutes.

Tofu Cashews Hemp seeds Soy milk Garlic Apple cider vinegar Nutritional yeast Dijon mustard Soy sauce Lemon juice Salt

1. Add Ingredients   to Blender 2. Blend and Taste 3. Serve

How to Make It

Add Ingredients to Blender

Step 1:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Blend and Taste

Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Taste and adjust recipe as needed (more garlic, salt).

Step 2:

Serve

Pour over chopped Romaine lettuce along with bacon bits, Parmesan cheese and croutons for a delicious Caesar salad.

Step 3:

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Can freeze leftovers for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge.
