Curried Chickpea Salad

This spin on classic chickpea salad makes for amazing wraps or sandwiches! Its mild curry flavor is balanced by some sweetness and whatever hummus you'll use.

How to Make It

Mash Chickpeas

Step 1:

Mash some canned or freshly cooked chickpeas. Tools like a food processor can help make this easier.

Mix Ingredients

Step 2:

Add all other ingredients to the bowl, including veggies and spices. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust as needed.

Serve

Step 3:

Add your curried chickpea salad filling to a sandwich or wrap! Crackers dipped into the filling also makes for a great snack.

Make it Your Own
