How to Make It

Prepare Wet Ingredients

Mash banana until there's minimal to no clumps.  Add the remaining wet ingredients to your bowl.

Prepare Wet Ingredients

Stir until evenly combined and smooth.  It takes a minute to blend the peanut butter evenly with other ingredients.

Stir in Dry Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients into your mixed wet ingredients. Stir until there aren’t any dry clumps of flour remaining.

Stir in Dry Ingredients

When you’ve mixed the dough, fold in chocolate chips until they’re evenly distributed throughout.

Scoop cookie dough and roll into a ball, then place onto a lined baking sheet.  Repeat for all cookies.

Shape and Bake Cookies

Use a fork to press a cross pattern into the cookies. Bake at 350 F for 14-16 min. They're done when their bottoms are golden brown.

Shape and Bake Cookies

Let the cookies sit for 1-2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool before serving or storing.

Cool and Serve

Cool to room temperature, then keep in airtight container. Store on countertop for 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
