This vegan recipe bakes cauliflower in herb-infused cheese sauce. Just toss all ingredients into a dish and cook until the cauliflower is tender!

How to Make It

Prep Cauliflower

Step 1:

Cut your cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces. Add these pieces into a small-medium baking dish.

Prep Sauce

Step 2:

Add vegan butter to a dish along with minced garlic.  Microwave until melted. Add remaining ingredients, including soy milk, cheese and starch. Whisk together.

Assemble and Bake

Step 3:

Pour sauce over your cauliflower, then stir to coat in sauce. Place a lid (or foil) on the dish and bake, stirring at least once during the cooking process.

Serve and Enjoy

Step 4:

Serve hot once the cauliflower is fork-tender. This is great paired with a vegan seitan "meat" roast!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat in a microwave or oven until warm through.
