This easy recipe is made without dairy products. It's great anytime you need an appetizer or snack that everybody can enjoy.

Black beans Avocado oil Onion Garlic Corn Tomato Smoked paprika Ground cumin Chili powder Salt Cilantro Lime juice


1. Cook Vegetables 2. Blend Vegetables    with Black Beans 3. Serve

How to Make It

Cook Vegetables

Step 1:

Cook some onion in a pan along with garlic, tomato, corn and spices. Remove from heat once the tomato cooks down.

Blend Vegetables with Black Beans

Step 2:

Add black beans to a food processor along with cilantro, lime juice and the cooked vegetables. Blend to desired texture.


Step 3:

Serve hot or cold! Garnish with extra cilantro, tomato, jalapenos, corn or anything else.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Great for anytime you need to serve an appetizer!
