Cook Vegetables
Step 1:
Cook some onion in a pan along with garlic, tomato, corn and spices.
Remove from heat once the tomato cooks down.
Blend Vegetables with Black Beans
Step 2:
Add black beans to a food processor along with cilantro, lime juice and the cooked vegetables.
Blend to desired texture.
Serve
Step 3:
Serve hot or cold!
Garnish with extra cilantro, tomato, jalapenos, corn or anything else.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
