Add everything else to bowl and mix to combine.Make sure there are no clumps in your bowl.
Shape Cookies
Prepare a baking tray by covering it with a silicone mat or parchment paper.Scoop ⅓ C portions of batter onto your baking tray, then form into round, flattened cookies.
Bake and Serve
Bake in an oven at 350 F. The cookies will be soft when they come out.Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.Serve and enjoy!
