How to Make It

Mash Banana

Mash some banana well with a fork or potato masher in a large bowl. Stir in vanilla extract.

Stir in Other Ingredients

Add everything else to bowl and mix to combine. Make sure there are no clumps in your bowl.

Shape Cookies

Prepare a baking tray by covering it with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Scoop ⅓ C portions of batter onto your baking tray, then form into round, flattened cookies.

Bake and Serve

Bake in an oven at 350 F. The cookies will be soft when they come out. Transfer to a wire cooling rack and cool completely. Serve and enjoy!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Can also freeze up to 4 months in freezer-safe bag.
