Add all the ingredients to your food processor. This includes avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant milk and vanilla extract.
Blend to Smooth
Blend on high speed until the pudding is super smooth.Stop a few times to scrape your food processor's edges.
Taste and Adjust
When the pudding becomes smooth, give it a taste.You may need extra cocoa powder or sweetness to “hide” avocado flavors.
Chill and Serve
Scrape into a single container or portion into smaller jars.You can serve right away, but it thickens and tastes better chilled for at least 30 minutes!
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months!
