Dark Chocolate Pudding

This pudding is incredibly creamy and loaded with chocolate, yet dairy free! You won’t taste any avocado, just classic pudding!

Easy Homemade Pudding

With 5 simple ingredients, this is a quick and easy recipe anyone can make!  Top with whip, fruit, nuts or more chocolate!

Avocado Cocoa powder Maple syrup Plant-based milk Vanilla extract

Recipe Ingredients

1. Add Ingredients 2. Blend to Smooth 3. Taste and Adjust 4. Chill and Serve

How to Make It

Add Ingredients

Add all the ingredients to your food processor.  This includes avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, plant milk and vanilla extract.

Blend to Smooth

Blend on high speed until the pudding is super smooth. Stop a few times to scrape your food processor's edges.

Taste and Adjust

When the pudding becomes smooth, give it a taste. You may need extra cocoa powder or sweetness to “hide” avocado flavors.

Chill and Serve

Scrape into a single container or portion into smaller jars. You can serve right away, but it thickens and tastes better chilled for at least 30 minutes!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months!

How to Store Leftovers

Add coconut whipped cream to make chocolate mousse! Also possible to add mint, cacao nibs, extra berries, peanuts or more chocolate!
