Simple Banana Bread

This vegan recipe is simple to make and creates a fluffy loaf loaded with banana flavor.  As a bonus, you’ll only need one bowl to make it in!


Banana Brown sugar Vegetable oil All-purpose flour Baking powder Optional Flavor Boost Vanilla extract Salt Chocolate chips Nuts and seeds Dried fruits

How to Make It

Prepare Wet Ingredients

Weigh or measure bananas, then mash until smooth. Whisk in brown sugar and vegetable oil, making sure no clumps of sugar remain.

Add flour and baking powder. Stir everything until it’s just combined (stop when there are no clumps of flour left).

Add Dry Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan, then pour in batter and spread into a flat layer.

Bake and Serve

Bake your vegan banana loaf, then cool it on a wire rack before slicing.  This recipe serves 12!
