Green smoothie recipes are a quick and convenient breakfast or snack for days when you’re short on time, want something cold and refreshing or are looking for a nutritious drink.
Smoothies can be great to take on the go and can be a great source of plant-based protein, healthy carbs, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. I’m not a fan of protein powder (due to the taste and texture) so I’ve created a list of delicious, vegan green smoothies made without it.
